It’s there, even when you don’t feel it: Your inner strength, an ability to grow and to handle life’s challenges. It’s always there, in each of us.
Tapping those inner resources, however, can be difficult to do on your own, especially when you’re stressed, discouraged, or coping with a problem. Friends and family might want to help, but often can’t. You need someone with the expertise, experience and empathy to help you move in the right direction.
Whether you’re dealing with a clearly defined issue or just a feeling that something isn’t right, my goal is to provide the compassion, the clarity, and the results you are looking for.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I work exclusively with adults seeking an effective approach to challenges such as:
depression | anxiety |
divorce / separation | relationship problems |
career & life transitions | unresolved grief |
low self-esteem | stressful environments |
loneliness | unhappiness |
I also specialize in addressing the needs of gifted adults. |
If you are struggling with any of these challenges, it does not mean you are “weak.” It simply means you’re a normal person.
All people have struggles and challenges—but it takes strength to seek expert advice. And the fact that you are reading this web page means you want to feel better and learn how to make your life easier.
For these reasons, my clients never need fear that I am “judging” them. On the contrary, I admire them for having the courage and patience to look within themselves, and at the world around them, and change both for the better.
If that sounds good to you, please contact me.
